Western Touch Sleigh Ride

There’s something life-affirming about jingling along on an open sleigh pulled by two wacking big horses. Enjoy this magical winter sleigh ride through the magestic Banff landscape. Take in the scenery as you travel through the mountain meadow area near the town of Banff and glimpse at the wildlife indigenous to the Banff area. Your trusty steeds will take you along for a memorable mountain trail journey.

Vital Details:   

This experience is open to all ages.  Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time and dress for the weather.  Sleigh rides are available every hour on the hour, 7 days per week, from 10:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. weather and snow conditions permitting.
 

The Weather:  

This experience is not undertaken in severe weather conditions.

Session Length:                      

This sleigh ride will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.  All guests are to arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure time.

Numbers:        

You can expect to share this experience with other people.  Sleighs seat up to 18 people.

Dress Code:

Dress warmly as the weather can suddenly change in the mountains.    Hats and gloves are highly recommended.  The operator will provide blankets on the rides.  Temperatures at this time of year are very cold.  

Getting There:

The operator’s facility is located in Banff, Alberta.  Full details will be issued upon booking with Total Experience.

Spectators:

This experience is not suitable for spectators.

This experience is available in the winter only (December – April).  Bookings can be made a few days in advance of your preferred date.
