Balance and harmonize your body, mind and emotions and withdraw from the chaos of the world with this experiential yoga experience. This unique experience combines an alpine walk with reflection, meditation and Hatha Yoga instruction provided by an experienced yogi or yogin.
Included is a healthful picnic lunch and snack. Get back to nature and find that quiet space within!

Vital Details:
All aircraft have weight restrictions and helicopters are no exception. As you must be able to put on a standard size seat belt and have enough mobility to step up big stairs with limited assistance, you will be asked for your weight at the time of booking. Passengers must be over 3 years of age; however there is no upper age limit. Please inform the Total Experience customer service team of any medical conditions when booking. A yoga mat is provided by the operator. A liability waiver must be signed before commencing this experience.
The Weather:
This experience is weather dependent and may be cancelled, delayed or rescheduled during adverse weather conditions.
Session Length:
This experience will last for four to six hours, depending upon clients requirements. Your flight time will be approximately 16 minutes.
Numbers:
A minimum of 2 passengers required for this experience to go ahead. Helicopters hold 4 or 6 passengers, plus the pilot.
Dress Code:
Casual street wear is recommended with closed toed shoes. Remember you are in the mountains so it is recommended to bring some warmer clothes for sudden weather changes. You will also require clothing to complete your yoga session.
Getting There:
The operator’s Heliport is located 42 kilometers east of the Icefield Parkway (Highway #93) on Highway #11. Full details will be provided upon booking with Total Experience.
Spectators:
This experience is not recommended for spectators.
