Vital Details:   

Open to all ages although children under 48 inches height of are not recommended.  Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.  A liability waiver must be signed before completing this experience.  Children under 18 years must have parent or guardian sign for them.  Maximum weight limit per person is 240lbs. Passengers must be in good physical condition. Sorry – this experience is not suitable for expectant mothers.  Please contact Total Experience if you have had a hip or knee replacement, if you are over 240lbs or if you have any other health concerns.

The Weather:  

This ballooning experience is weather dependent.  It is highly recommended to call the operator the afternoon before your planned flight. 

Session Length:                      

4 Hours.  Flight time averages 1 hour in duration and depend on wind speed and direction. However, please allow four hours for the entire ballooning experience. 

Numbers:        

You can expect to complete this experience with other participants.  A maximum of 5 people in the basket is allowed during flight. 

Dress Code:

Comfortable casual layered clothing recommended.  Long pants and sleeves, running shoes, hiking boots, or enclosed flat rubber soled shoes are ideal.  Sandals or heeled shoes are not appropriate.  You could reach a height of 5000’ so it is a good idea to bring along some warmer clothes.

Getting There:

Full instructions will be given upon booking with Total Experience. 

Spectators:     

Spectators are more than welcome to attend at the launch site and follow the chase vehicle as it tracks the balloons, meeting up with you at your landing.

This experience is available year round.  Limited flights available throughout the winter months.  We recommend booking 14 days in advance of your preferred date.
